Registration for children entering kindergarten in September 2018 will be held from October 10^th to October 13^th this year at your local community school.  Kindergarten attendance for the 2018-2019 school year is mandatory for children born in 2013.  Children born between September 1^st and December 31^st 2013 have the option of starting kindergarten the following year.

If you have a child entering kindergarten next year, visit the main office of your community school between 8:30 and 3:00pm during the week of October 10-13, 2017. 

You will be required to show proof of immunization, a birth certificate, and Medicare card at the time of registration.  

It is important that your child be registered at this time in order to receive timely information about pre-school screening for a successful transition to school.
